As we continue to expand across leading digital marketplaces, we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketplace Performance Marketing to accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging retail media platforms.
- In this role, you’ll own the paid media strategy that drives visibility, revenue, and ranking for our portfolio of iconic consumer brands, including 1-800-Flowers, Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, The Popcorn Factory, and more.
- You’ll lead marketplace retail media strategy end to end, ensuring investment aligns with revenue, margin, and inventory priorities. This is a high-impact leadership role that connects media performance to total marketplace growth in a fast-paced B2C environment.

- **What You’ll Do**
- Marketplace Performance Strategy & Investment
- Develop and own the retail media strategy across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
- Set annual and quarterly investment plans aligned to revenue, profitability, seasonality, and product priorities.
- Allocate spend by platform, category, and SKU to maximize total marketplace impact.
- Revenue & Performance Ownership
- Own top-line paid media KPIs including revenue, ROAS, TACoS, and contribution margin impact.
- Connect paid performance to organic ranking, assortment strategy, and overall marketplace health.
- Build forecasts and provide performance recommendations to leadership and finance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with marketplace management, merchandising, supply chain, and finance to ensure media supports in-stock, competitively priced, conversion-ready products.
- Align campaigns to key retail moments including holiday peaks and promotional events.
- Innovation & Capability Building
- Establish testing frameworks, measurement standards, and optimization best practices.
- Evaluate and scale new ad formats, betas, and platform innovations.
- Lead and develop a team of marketplace performance marketers.
