- **Director of E-commerce & Growth Marketing**
- ***Jill Roberts Cashmere — Los Angeles, CA***
- Jill Roberts is a 31-year LA retail institution — three stores (Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Studio City) and a cashmere line with a cult following and a 15,000+ name customer list. We're launching our first-ever D2C site and need someone who's actually done this before to build and own it.
- **This is not a "figure it out as we go" role.**
- We need someone who has already taken a small apparel/fashion brand from zero (or near-zero) D2C revenue to real, sustained growth — and can show us exactly how.
- **What you'll own:**
- Paid acquisition strategy and execution (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Email/SMS lifecycle marketing
- Site merchandising and conversion strategy
- Reporting and budget ownership — you'll run this like it's your own business
- **What you need to have:**
- A specific, provable track record: name the brand(s), the starting point, and the result (revenue growth, CAC, LTV — real numbers)
- Direct hands-on experience at a small or early-stage apparel/fashion brand — not a Fortune 500 marketing department, not an agency account you managed from the outside
- Comfort being the
- *only*
- person doing this job day one — we're bootstrapped, not hiring a team under you yet
- **What we bring:**
- An established, loved brand with real retail proof of concept
- A ready customer file and completed brand creative — you're not starting from nothing
- Direct access to ownership — fast decisions, no committee
- **
- To apply:**
- Tell us the single best growth result you've personally driven at a small apparel brand — brand name, starting point, what you did, and the number. Applications without a specific, named example will not be considered.
