These skills let us get to the point of impact faster, make decisions faster, and help clients scale by increasing the volume of quality output while simultaneously reducing the time it takes to produce it.

  • We build reusable skills for every part of the workflow - copywriting skills that scrape past emails and generate campaign copy in the brand's voice, auditing skills that identify segments and opportunities across million-record databases, reporting skills that pull live data and produce client-ready reports.   • When you want to know what's happening in an account, you ask Claude Code and get the answer in seconds. No waiting for someone to build a Looker dashboard. No exporting CSVs. The data is right there in your terminal.

  • **THE ROLE**
  • You'll be leading all communications with clients, scaling ecommerce revenue through Meta Ads (and other paid social channels) and working with a cross-functional team of Webprofits experts to hit the clients' revenue and profitability goals.
  • You won't just be managing campaigns. You'll be building systems - style guides, reporting frameworks, creative testing processes - that compound over time and make everything you do faster and better.
  • **REQUIREMENTS**
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate passion and proven experience with:
  • **Advanced Media Buying on Meta as a primary channel, and TikTok as a secondary channel**
  • Must be able to take an ad account from $1K spend daily to $5K spend daily
  • Must be able to read data at scale for orientating creative iterations
  • **End-to-end Creative Strategy**
  • Conceptualising, ideating and creating UGC strategies based on research and performance
  • Conceptualising, ideating and creating static assets i.e. images and carousels that drive eCommerce sales
  • Writing compelling ad copy to supplement targeted performance creative
  • **Driving the full digital strategy for ecommerce Meta campaigns**
  • Developing media plans that support growth
  • Being the main POC and driver of performance strategies with the client
  • Reporting on performance data both internally and client-facing
  • **AI-native workflow**
  • Claude Code terminal experience preferred - but if you don't have it and you're an excellent marketer, we'll train you on how to use Claude Code to do the marketing
  • Willing to build and share reusable skills, prompts and workflows with the team
  • Understands that the best use of AI is to remove friction from execution, not to replace strategic thinking
  • **In this role you will also be required to:**
  • Explore, test and scale Meta campaigns
  • Write and brief all ads for your Paid Social campaigns
  • Optimise and manage campaigns within Meta Ads Manager
  • Build and maintain client-specific style guides, creative libraries and performance reports using Claude Code
  • Innovate and test creative ad angles to drive ROI on your campaigns
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make strategic recommendations
  • Read and articulate performance data for internal and client-facing reporting
  • Conduct meticulous consumer research that orientates GTM strategies
  • Share your knowledge and experience with the greater Webprofits team
