- Ralph Christian is a fast-growing watch and jewellery brand selling worldwide across the US, UK, and Europe.
- **The role**
- You'll handle the production side of our marketing and online store: product uploads, image preparation, email builds, reporting, and community management. The work is detailed and process-driven, with training provided on all tools. Over time the role grows into creator management and campaign work.
- **Responsibilities**
- Upload new products to Shopify: images, specifications, variants, tags
- Prepare and organise product and creator imagery for the website, emails, and Social Channels
- Build email campaigns in Klaviyo from finished designs
- Update daily performance reports and keep the marketing calendar accurate
- Monitor and moderate Instagram and TikTok comments
- Research and shortlist creators for our influencer programme
- **Requirements**
- Excellent written English
- Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy in repetitive work
- An eye for premium visual content, shown through a portfolio, previous brand work, or your own social channels
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, or Airtable is helpful but not required
- Full-time availability, exclusive to Ralph Christian with UK business hours (9:00–17:30 UK)
- Reliable internet connection and your own computer

- $1,600–2,000 per month USD, depending on experience
- Independent contractor agreement with a 90-day probation period
