- **Role Description**
- This is a part-time, on-site E-Commerce Assistant role based in Chelsea, London. The E-Commerce Assistant will help manage product listings, including photography, uploading new items, optimizing product descriptions and ensuring accurate product information and imagery. The role involves monitoring online inventory, processing online orders, coordinating with the in-store team for order fulfillment, and assisting with returns and exchanges. The E-Commerce Assistant will support online merchandising, help execute promotions, and contribute to maintaining a consistent brand look and feel across the website and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks will also include responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, tracking performance of listings, and providing general administrative support to the e-commerce and retail teams as needed.
- **Qualifications**
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
- Sales and E-Commerce skills, including experience with Shopify, product listings, and basic merchandising principles.
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Interest in fashion, luxury resale, and sustainable consumption; prior experience in fashion retail or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Comfort working with digital tools (e-commerce back-end systems, spreadsheets, basic image editing) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in London, collaborate effectively with a small team, and adapt to evolving business needs.
