  • **E-Commerce Assistant**
  • to support daily online business operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and interested in the fast-growing world of e-commerce.
  • The successful candidate will assist with product management, order processing, customer support coordination, inventory tracking, and marketplace operations to help ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist in managing product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or similar platforms.
  • Update product descriptions, images, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional content.
  • Monitor orders, shipments, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support inventory management by maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies.
  • Assist with product uploads, catalog management, and listing optimization.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment providers, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized records across e-commerce systems.
  • **Qualifications & Skills**
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, administrative support, or operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Etsy, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data management capabilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
