- **Job Summary**
- In-charge of the execution of the company's E-Commerce plans and objectives coordinating with the different brands and departments to ensure the E-commerce platforms are moving forward on time
- **JOB DESCRIPTION**
- In-charge of product listing and product delisting/archiving in assigned e-commerce platforms including uploading of product photos and setting up of landing pages for product collections.
- Ensures inventory levels in assigned e-commerce platforms are updated, disabling out of stock items and enabling replenished items as needed
- In-charge of setting up and maintaining of the store layout based on templates provided by the design team
- In-charge of extraction and preparation of data from different platforms for the preparation of reports
- Coordinates with providers for any issue on the systems used in the company's e-commerce operations
- In-charge of timely and accurate updating of product prices during markup/markdowns across affected e-commerce platforms and systems
- In-charge of timely and accurate enrolling of products in platform campaigns like flash sale, double-double campaigns, etc., creation of discount vouchers and
- Updates campaign trackers as required by the assigned brands
- Monitors, prepares and presents reports on the data team's KPI such as listing status updates and inventory variances during alignment meetings with the brands
- In-charge of the facilities used for live selling including but not limited to the live streaming apps and equipments used
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Manager or other top-ranking company officials.
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years experience in E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Tiktok, Shopify, etc.)
- Must be detail oriented, excellent in research and has organizational skills
- Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets applications and functions
- Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Order Management Systems is an advantage
