- Following a period of continued digital growth and investment, Lloyd Motor Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Co-Ordinator to join our marketing team. This is not an entry-level role; we’re seeking someone with strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple sites and teams.
- You’ll play a key role in supporting the performance of our online used car presence, working closely with Digital Merchandisers across the group to drive consistency, improve standards, and share best practice. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical reporting and operational processes that directly influence our digital performance.
- **About The Role**
- As an E-Commerce Co-Ordinator, you will support the E-Commerce Manager in driving operational excellence across our digital retail activity. You’ll be responsible for producing key reports, maintaining performance visibility, and helping to embed best practices across our retailer network.
- **Role Responsibilities**
- Performance Reporting: Produce regular reports on used car performance metrics, including stock advertising levels, ensuring accuracy and clear visibility across the business.
- Scorecard Delivery: Create and maintain a bi-monthly e-commerce scorecard covering both advertising and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Training & Best Practice: Work closely with Digital Merchandisers across the group to deliver training, share insights, and drive consistent standards in online vehicle presentation.
- Retailer Support: Assist the E-Commerce Manager in preparing for and delivering retailer performance reviews, contributing data, insights, and recommendations.
- Data Analysis: Interpret performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across the digital retail journey.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and refinement of e-commerce processes to improve efficiency and overall performance.
- **An ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:**
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, digital, or data-focused role, ideally within a multi-site or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
- A confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels across the business.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools or digital platforms is advantageous.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
