E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a reliable and proactive
**E-Commerce Executive**
to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing Australian e-commerce brand.
The role involves supporting online store operations, managing product listings, handling customer service, processing orders and returns, conducting competitor research, and assisting with various e-commerce and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce store operations
Create, update, and maintain product listings
Handle customer inquiries and support requests
Process orders, returns, refunds, and order updates
Assist with marketplace operations and product management
Conduct competitor and market research
Support marketing and promotional activities
Monitor website content and ensure product information is accurate
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and productivity
Provide daily work updates and task reports
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce or online store operations
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable using digital tools and AI-powered productivity tools
