- **Job Responsibilities:**
- Premier Housewares is looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Lead / Manager to join our growing team.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Translate weekly growth priorities into execution tasks for each department resource.
- Own the e-commerce performance tracker, weekly action tracker, blockers list, and decision log.
- Coordinate between operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO, and management.
- Ensure product, campaign, website, stock, pricing, and reporting inputs are aligned before campaigns go live.
- Review daily Shopify sales, orders, conversion, AOV, returning customer rate, and revenue by channel.
- Escalate access issues, approval delays, stock problems, website bugs, tracking gaps, and resource performance issues.
- Prepare the weekly management update with key wins, losses, blockers, next actions, and required decisions.
- Ensure all team members submit their reports on the agreed frequency and format.
- Maintain accountability for the complete e-commerce lifecycle from traffic to conversion, order coordination, retention, and reporting.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **6-7 years**
- of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce.
- Hands-on experience with
- **Shopify**
- and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience with the
- **UK market**
- will be an added advantage.

- Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
