  • We're looking for a exceptional logistics-focused project manager (full time) to help drive Amazon and e-commerce operations.
  • This is not a basic coordinator role. I’m looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused — someone who can manage moving pieces across suppliers, freight, inventory, Amazon/FBA, vendors, and freelancers, and make sure projects keep moving until they are fully resolved.
  • The ideal person has strong experience in e-commerce logistics and operations. You should be comfortable managing timelines, following up with multiple parties, catching details before they become problems, and pushing operational work forward without needing constant supervision.
  • You will help manage logistics, product launches, inventory-related issues, and day-to-day execution across Amazon and related e-commerce workflows.
  • **The ideal candidate is:**
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experienced with e-commerce logistics, Amazon, FBA, or marketplace operations.
  • Strong at managing suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, vendors, agencies, freelancers, or VAs.
  • Proactive and persistent in following up until issues are resolved.
  • Comfortable turning messy operational problems into clear action plans.
  • Able to track deadlines, blockers, ownership, and next steps.
  • Tactical and hands-on, not just a high-level planner.
  • Clear and concise in communication.
  • High-ownership and comfortable driving accountability across multiple people and processes.
  • **Typical responsibilities may include:**
  • Managing product launch and logistics timelines.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, 3PLs, and Amazon/FBA.
  • Tracking shipments, inventory, deadlines, blockers, and required next steps.
  • Following up on stuck logistics, inventory, or Seller Central issues.
  • Making sure freelancers, VAs, suppliers, and vendors complete work correctly and on time.
  • Creating and maintaining checklists, trackers, and operating processes.
  • Escalating issues clearly with context, options, and recommended next actions.
  • Helping improve how the operation runs as the business grows.
  • This role is best for someone who is practical, persistent, organized, and comfortable owning execution from start to finish.
