- With our appreciation of the fashion industry, we’re creating a space where e-commerce expertise is combined with an intrinsic fashion mindset.
- **Job Description**
- You know the Shopify ecosystem and have experience leading migration or webshop launch projects. You stay close to developments in e-commerce and are quick to adopt new technology (AI) when it genuinely improves the work.
- You bring structure to moving parts, maintain a clear view of priorities, and keep clients and internal teams aligned from kick-off through launch and ongoing optimisation. You’re a project manager at heart!
- You are comfortable being the person clients turn to for clarity. You translate their ambitions into actionable roadmaps, anticipate challenges, and communicate confidently when priorities or timelines shift.
- You are thorough without losing momentum and know how to maintain a high-quality bar while working towards demanding deadlines.
- You will collaborate closely with our Head of E-commerce, E-com Team Lead and E-commerce Managers, designers, developers, and external partners.
- **📍 All applicants must be based in and eligible to work in the Netherlands. We are not able to consider applications that require relocation and/or visa sponsorship.**
- **Your profile**
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing Shopify stores for fashion or lifestyle brands, either in-house or across multiple clients within an agency environment
- Advanced knowledge of Shopify and its wider ecosystem:
- **Shopify experience is mandatory**
- Demonstrable experience leading Shopify migrations and/or new webshop launch projects
- A strong project management background, with experience managing scopes, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and budgets
- Confident and credible in client-facing situations, from leading meetings and presenting recommendations to navigating difficult conversations
- Experience with quality assurance and acceptance testing, with an exceptionally thorough and detail-oriented approach
- Curious about new technology and quick to adopt tools that improve performance, quality, or efficiency
- Calm, reliable, and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and maintain quality under tight deadlines
- A solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership from brief through delivery
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- **Great extras:**
- A genuine love for fashion and technology — as energised by data, automation, and Shopify as by Fashion Week activations or brand collabs
- Experience with replatforming, data migration, systems integrations, or e-commerce architecture
- Familiarity with tools and platforms across the Shopify ecosystem, like Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Yotpo, LoyaltyLion, Leat, TripleWhale
- Experience in working with Asana
- Experience improving agency workflows, quality-control processes, or project-delivery standards
