- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings and promotions
- Handle order management, inventory coordination, and platform optimisation tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, campaign performance, and platform metrics
- Use relevant tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and marketplace platforms
- Support the wider team with digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation
- Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and improve the customer shopping experience
- **Qualifications And Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce and analytics tools
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
