- **E-COMMERCE OPERATION LEADER**
- **TRƯỞNG NHÓM VẬN HÀNH TMĐT**
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **1.**
- **Operations Management**
- 1.1. Manage and oversee daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
- 1.2. Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery performance
- 1.3. Monitor and handle issues related to orders, returns, and partner operations
- 1.4. Coordinate with internal teams (Accountant, warehouse, CS, marketing) to ensure workflow efficiency
- **2.
- Stock & Fulfillment Management**
- 2.1. Daily Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across systems
- 2.2. Plan stock allocation and replenishment to avoid out-of-stock or overstock
- 2.3. Work with warehouse and partners to optimize fulfillment process
- 2.4. Control and improve inventory turnover and efficiency
- **3.**
- **Platform & Campaign Execution**
- **3.1.**
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotion setup
- **3.2.**
- Execute and manage campaigns (Flash Sale, Mega Campaign, platform activities)
- **3.3.**
- Ensure platform compliance and optimize store performance
- **3.4.**
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution
- **4.
- Business Performance Monitoring & Optimization**
- 4.1. Support and drive sales performance through effective operations execution
- 4.2. Ensure operational readiness to maximize campaign results and GMV
- 4.3. Coordinate with related teams to improve product performance and conversion
- 4.4. Monitor sales-related metrics and suggest actionable improvements
- 4.5. Track and manage operational KPIs (fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, delivery SLA, etc.)
- 4.6. Ensure team meets operational targets and service standards
- 4.7. Analyze data to identify issues and continuously improve processes and workflows
- 4.8. Propose and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- **5.
- Customer Experience Management**
- 5.1. Ensure smooth customer journey from order to delivery
- 5.2. Handle escalated issues and coordinate with CS team
- 5.3. Improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- **6.
- Team Management**
- 6.1. Lead, supervise, and develop operation team members
- 6.2. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability
- 6.3. Coach team to improve performance and execution quality
- 6.4. Build a strong, proactive, and result-oriented team culture
- **7.**
- **Reporting/ Planning & Other jobs**
- 7.1. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to management
- 7.2. Plan operations for campaigns and peak seasons
- 7.3. Propose improvement plans and operational strategies
- 7.4. Report and send weekly work plan to direct management
- 7.5. Coordinate with related departments to handle arising issues
- Other tasks as assigned by direct management
- **REQUIREMENTS**
- **Ø Graduated from College - University in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, ….**
- **Ø Experience or knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus**
- **Ø Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and platforms**
- **Ø Good analytical and problem-solving skills**
- **Ø Proficient in Excel and reporting tools**
- **Ø Good coordination and communication skills**
- **Ø Fluent English communication**
- **Ø At least 3–5 years in e-commerce operations. At least 1–2 years in team leader or senior role**
