- Ireland | Full-Time
- Based in north Dublin, Clever Clogs and Gaia Baby are growing Irish-owned brands with an expanding presence across e-commerce, retail, and international markets. We are looking for a commercially minded, highly organised E-commerce Operations & Marketing Lead to help drive the next phase of our online growth across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
- What You’ll Do
- · Manage and optimise multiple Shopify websites across domestic, UK, and EU markets
- · Coordinate website launches, promotions, merchandising, and seasonal campaigns
- · Work closely with our external digital marketing agency to drive performance and achieve KPIs
- · Oversee email marketing and customer communications
- · Coordinate creative assets, campaign schedules, and cross-functional workflows
- · Support trading performance, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiencies
- What We’re Looking For
- · Strong day-to-day Shopify experience
- · Experience managing multiple e-commerce sites or regional platforms
- · Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
- · Commercial awareness and passion for e-commerce growth
- · Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- · Experience working with digital agencies and tracking campaign performance
- Bonus Points For
- · Klaviyo or email marketing platform experience
- · Experience in retail, consumer brands, or e-commerce businesses
- · Understanding of CRO, merchandising, and customer journey optimisation
