  • We are seeking an
  • **Operations Assistant**
  • to support the day-to-day execution of e-commerce and operational activities across multiple online marketplaces. This role will assist with listing support, fulfillment coordination, operational troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication to help maintain smooth business operations.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This position requires someone who can follow workflows accurately, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively with different departments to complete assigned projects and operational tasks.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • 1.Marketplace & Backend Operations
  • Assist with product setup, listing maintenance, image updates, and operational data management.
  • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with internal workflows, SOPs, and platform requirements.
  • Monitor operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • 2.Order & Fulfillment Support
  • Support replacement order validation and fulfillment coordination.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or service-failure shipments with 3PL providers.
  • 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, customer service, content, and supply team to support daily business operations.
  • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks, project progress, and operational issues.
  • **Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Montclair, CA office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
