- **About dashmoto®**
- dashmoto® is redefining personal mobility through design-led engineering, performance, and purpose. Founded by Kim Ng, the company builds high-performance seated electric scooters using advanced carbon-fiber construction to deliver exceptional stability, portability, and everyday usability.
- In partnership with Williams Racing, dashmoto® brings Formula 1–inspired engineering and materials innovation into the personal mobility space—marking a new chapter in performance-driven, aspirational mobility. As the company scales globally, dashmoto® is expanding beyond a single product to build a premium mobility platform that empowers independence and makes movement something to look forward to.
- **The Role**
- As the E-commerce Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of our global D2C e-commerce operations. Your mission is to ensure that as we scale from a U.S.-centric model to a global business, customers around the world receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and with a premium experience.
- You work at the intersection of operations, logistics, and technology. While you aren’t expected to write code, you must be tech-fluent—comfortable partnering with internal teams to ensure systems are well integrated, data flows cleanly, and orders are executed reliably at scale.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment:**
- Oversee the end-to-end flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring timely delivery, smooth refunds, and a consistent customer experience across global markets. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex order, fulfillment, or system-related issues.
- **Store & Commercial Ownership:**
- Own day-to-day Shopify store, including products, pricing, inventory, shipping, taxes, and payments. Manage promotions and upsells while protecting margins and data integrity.
- **System Integrations:**
- Partner with technology and operations teams to maintain strong integrations between e-commerce, inventory, and customer systems, ensuring accurate data and reliable execution at scale.
- **Cross-Functional Execution:**
- Work closely with marketing, technology, operations and customer support teams to translate plans into execution, particularly around launches, campaigns and operational changes.
- **Global Scaling & Accountability:**
- Develop and implement processes to support dashmoto’s expansion into international (non-U.S.) markets. Act as the single point of ownership for e-commerce operations, enabling founders and leadership to stay out of day-to-day store management.
- **What Makes You a Great Fit**
- **Logistics Expert:**
- You have a proven track record in global logistics and managing complex e-commerce supply chains, including 3PL partners.
- **Platform Savvy:**
- You have hands-on experience with Shopify and a working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Katana and HubSpot).
- **Process-Oriented:**
- You enjoy building scalable workflows and owning the “delivery” side of a high-volume DTC operation.
- **Startup Minded:**
- You thrive in fast-paced, distributed environments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are a natural problem-solver.
- **Excellent Communicator:**
- You can bridge the gap between operational needs and technical execution, ensuring teams stay aligned.
- **Good Human:**
- You show up with respect, empathy, and integrity. You take ownership when things go wrong, treat partners and customers thoughtfully, and do the right thing—even when it’s not the easiest option.
- **Qualifications & Experience:**
- Extensive experience in global e-commerce operations and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume order flows and international fulfillment.
- Comfortable working with APIs, system integrations, and operational data flows.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones in a remote, distributed team.
