- We are looking for a talented and commercially driven
- **E-Commerce Specialist**
- to join our growing operations team and support the management, growth, and optimization of our online stores across multiple sales channels.
- **Role Overview**
- The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online stores, improving product performance, managing listings, monitoring sales activities, and helping scale our multi-channel eCommerce operations.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces, with strong attention to detail, sales awareness, and operational understanding.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in one of the following areas:
- Beauty & Cosmetics Products
- IT & Technology Products
- Candidates with experience in both sectors will be highly valued.
- **Key Responsibilities**

- Store & Marketplace Operations
- Manage and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces
- Upload products, optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates
- Support pricing updates, promotions, and campaign launches
- Ensure listings follow platform and brand standards
- **Sales & Performance**

- Monitor daily sales performance across all stores
- Support conversion optimization and product visibility improvements
- Identify trending products and market opportunities
- Assist in increasing sales performance and marketplace growth
- Generate reports related to sales, product performance, and operational KPIs
- Customer Experience
- Support customer service operations and order management
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams regarding dispatch and delivery issues
- Monitor customer feedback and marketplace account health
- Product & Market Knowledge
- Beauty Products Track
- Understanding of cosmetics and beauty market trends
- Familiarity with beauty product categories, ingredients, and customer preferences
- Awareness of UK beauty market standards is preferred
- IT Products Track
- Understanding of IT hardware, accessories, gaming products, networking products, and related technologies
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and compare products accurately
- Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in eCommerce or online marketplace operations
- Experience using platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or TikTok Shop
- Good understanding of product listing optimization and SEO basics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-store environment
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or IT product sectors
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic product content creation
- Experience with AI tools for eCommerce operations and content optimization
- Understanding of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business models
- Knowledge of UK and EU eCommerce markets is a plus
- Compensation Structure
- The compensation package consists of:
- Fixed Monthly Basic Salary
- Performance-Based Commission
- Commission calculated based on total sales performance across 8COM Stores ecosystem
