  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Administrator to manage and optimize our online store. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless, engaging, and high-performing e-commerce experience for our customers.
  • You will oversee day-to-day webstore operations, manage product content, support digital sales initiatives, and leverage data to improve performance. This position works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance the customer journey from product discovery through checkout.
  • **What You’ll Do**
  • **Manage E-commerce Platform**
  • Oversee daily operations of the online store, including product listings, sales tracking, reporting, and overall user experience
  • Provide timely and professional customer support related to online purchases
  • **Product & Content Management**
  • Maintain and curate the product catalog (add/edit/remove items)
  • Write and proof product descriptions, upload images, and optimize keywords and cross-sell opportunities
  • **Photography & Digital Content**
  • Plan, capture, and edit product photography
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across the website and marketing channels
  • Create engaging, product-focused content for social media as needed
  • **Performance Optimization**
  • Support ecommerce strategies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and search visibility (SEO)
  • Ensure mobile optimization and overall site usability
  • Track and report website performance metrics
  • **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**
  • Monitor website functionality and quickly address issues
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors or technical support teams when needed
  • **Collaboration**
  • Partner with internal teams (retail, warehouse, marketing, finance, membership, and IT)
  • Work with external vendors for marketing, CRM, and POS systems
  • Continuously improve site navigation, product pages, search functionality, and checkout experience
  • **Qualifications**
  • **Required:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Design, or related field
  • OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • **Preferred:**
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, website administration, or related roles
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, and CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with technical support teams
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Comfort using AI tools in a professional environment (in compliance with company policies)
