  • We are looking for a highly motivated
  • **Ecommerce Manager**
  • to lead our online retail strategy, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is central to scaling our digital presence and optimising our ecommerce channels.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Ecommerce Strategy & Growth**
  • Own and execute the ecommerce trading strategy to deliver revenue, conversion, and profitability targets.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive international expansion through platform optimisation and market-specific strategies.
  • **Website & Platform Management**
  • Oversee daily site performance, ensuring seamless navigation, checkout, and mobile-first experiences.
  • Manage product launches, merchandising, and promotional campaigns across the site.
  • Analyse website UX/UI, optimise site design and improve customer journeys.
  • **Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition**
  • Execute digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates).
  • Build campaigns and segments on email marketing platform Klavyio
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring traffic and conversion goals are achieved.
  • Implement personalisation and loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
  • **Operations & Customer Experience**
  • Liaise with logistics, fulfilment, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee ecommerce KPIs including AOV, CAC, retention, and churn.
  • Ensure product information, pricing, and imagery are accurate and on-brand.
  • **Team Leadership & Collaboration**
  • Manage and mentor ecommerce executives or assistants.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and buying teams to align ecommerce activities with brand vision.
  • **Skills & Experience Required**
  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce management, ideally within fashion.
  • Must have personal skill to carry out Google PPC, Meta, and TikTok Ads (we dont work with agencies)
  • SEO skills - Keyword, Page optimization, Link Building.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Klavyio Email Marketing Platform
  • Proven track record in driving online revenue growth and conversion optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify data dashboards, and reporting tools.

Experience managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
