- **Our client is hiring a DTC Marketing Lead**
- A fast-growing regenerative skincare company — built on 20+ years of clinical science and recognized as the #1 dermatologist-recommended brand in its category — is looking for a hands-on DTC leader to own and scale their direct-to-consumer growth engine.
- This is a builder role. DTC revenue is doubling, and you'll own the strategy, the budget, and the roadmap to keep that momentum going. You'll set the long-term vision (omnichannel, CTV, new growth channels) while staying close enough to the work to optimize a Meta campaign or launch a Klaviyo flow yourself.
- **What you'll own**
- Digital performance strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Media budget, KPI performance (CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV), and real-time optimization
- End-to-end campaign planning: ads, landing pages, post-purchase
- Funnel optimization (CVR, AOV, LTV) through testing and retention
- Email and SMS retention via Klaviyo
- Analytics and attribution through Shopify and Triple Whale
- Collaboration with the creative team on UGC and branded content
- Identifying and testing new growth channels
- **What we're looking for**
- 8+ years in DTC marketing with proven success scaling brands past early growth
- Strong performance marketing background — paid social, paid search, UGC, creative testing
- Comfort owning data and adjusting strategy in real time
- Working fluency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Triple Whale
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, health, or longevity
- Prior experience working in a remote environment
