- ## **The Opportunity**
- We are seeking an eCommerce Assistant (Content & Merchandising) to join our eCommerce team based in Hurstville.
- Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing products, promotions and content to life across RSEA's digital channels. Working closely with Marketing, Buying and Product teams, you'll help coordinate product launches, maintain website content, execute promotional campaigns and ensure products are accurately presented online.
- This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of our eCommerce operation, acting as the link between multiple departments to ensure products, pricing, imagery and content are ready for launch and delivered on time.
- ## **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the onboarding of new products across multiple eCommerce platforms
- Upload and maintain product descriptions, imagery, pricing and content
- Support category management and digital merchandising activities
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products and content are accurate and complete
- Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns, sales events and seasonal activity
- Build and maintain website content including banners, landing pages and category updates
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain product information, imagery and campaign assets
- Monitor content readiness and proactively resolve issues that may impact launch timelines
- Support ongoing improvements to website content, merchandising and customer experience
- ## **About You**
- To be successful in this role, you will bring experience within eCommerce, digital merchandising, online trading, website administration or content management.
- You will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Magento, Commerce Vision or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
- Most importantly, you'll be a proactive team player who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving problems and ensuring things are delivered accurately and on time.
