  • Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.
  • **Key Job Responsibilities:**
  • **Performance Marketing**: Manage SEM ads accounts and optimize the campaigns to drive high-quality traffic to meet the company's sales target.
  • **Webstore Management & Pricing**: Oversee daily operations of e-Commerce storefronts, including website content uploads, review and maintenance. Take ownership of pricing control and margin projections to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • **Market Intelligence**: Assist the supervisors in developing market growth strategies, including deep-dive sales trend analysis, product/ brand trend study, competitor benchmarking, and localized pricing reviews.
  • **Data Analysis**: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams on cross functional projects or tasks.
  • **Operational Excellence**: Assist in backend system enhancements, ad-hoc projects, and ensure a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • **Desired Skills and Experience:**
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, e-Commerce, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads Manager is highly preferred.
  • Strong comfort level with numbers, specifically regarding pricing elasticity and performance projections.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • A collaborative teammate with the ability to communicate effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for digital marketing and data are welcome.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
