  • **The Role**
  • We're looking for a part-time Ecommerce Assistant to support day-to-day store operations across our platforms (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Etsy). This is a hands-on role suited to someone detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and eager to learn the operational side of running an online marketplace.
  • **What you'll do**
  • Upload, update, and maintain product listings across our sales channels
  • Monitor stock levels and flag low-inventory or out-of-stock items
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
  • Respond to customer queries and support tickets in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with basic content tasks — product descriptions, image uploads, and listing formatting
  • Support with order-related admin, returns processing, and platform reporting
  • Flag issues or inefficiencies in store operations to the team
  • **What we're looking for**
  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and learning new software/platforms quickly
  • Strong attention to detail — small errors in listings or orders cost real money
  • Good written English for customer communication
  • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
  • Interest in e-commerce, retail, or online business is a bonus
