• you sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You are the person clients trust to make sense of complexity and translate it into clear, executable direction. You will lead discovery, shape architecture, guide Tech Leads, and act as a senior voice in client relationships across the AU portfolio. Whether you are scoping a migration, contributing to a pitch, or mentoring the team, your impact is felt across every stage of delivery.
• **Job Requirements:**
• **Shopify Expertise:**
• 5+ years on the Shopify platform including Shopify Plus, with deep knowledge of enterprise eCommerce architecture, migrations, third party integrations, and

• **Technical Strategy:**
• Proven experience architecting and scoping eCommerce solutions, translating business requirements into clear technical roadmaps that delivery teams can execute against.
• **Client Communication:**
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• **Commercial Acumen:**
• Experience in a consulting, pre-sales, or agency capacity, with an understanding of how technical decisions connect to commercial outcomes.
• **AI and Tooling:**
• Familiarity with AI tooling and a genuine appetite to apply it in your own workflows and client recommendations.
• **Collaboration:**
• Ability to work cross-functionally with CSMs, Tech Leads, and commercial teams to ensure strategic intent carries through to delivery.

• **Job Responsibilities:**
• **Technical Strategy and Discovery:**
• Lead discovery workshops, define eCommerce architecture, and produce clear commercially grounded outputs that Tech Leads and developers can execute against.
• **Client Consultation:**
• Act as the senior strategic voice in client relationships, providing data backed recommendations, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining long term account alignment.
• **Project and Retainer Oversight:**
• Tap into projects at critical stages to set direction, unblock decisions, manage change requests, and ensure delivery stays aligned with the original strategic intent.
• **Pitch and Business Development:**
• Contribute to client pitches, RFPs, and industry events, representing Overdose Shopify expertise and supporting AU market positioning.
• **Team Mentorship:**
• Share knowledge with internal teams, upskill Tech Leads and CSMs, and foster a culture of learning and consistency across the delivery practice.
