- We are looking for an organised and digitally savvy Ecommerce Coordinator to join the Allkinds team. Supporting our global ecommerce operations across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, you'll play a hands-on role across site merchandising, EDM execution, digital marketing support, reporting, and wholesale channel coordination.
- This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives in ecommerce, loves working across multiple digital touchpoints, and has a passion for creating engaging online customer experiences for tween and teen audiences.
- Please note: This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
- **THE ROLE:**
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, EDM, SMS, and affiliate channels
- Build, QA, and deploy engaging EDM and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion
- Support optimisation of email and SMS automation journeys to improve retention and repeat purchase
- Manage website content updates including homepage refreshes, campaign landing pages, and collection pages
- Upload and merchandise products online, ensuring accuracy across imagery, copy, pricing, and metadata
- Set up and test online promotions, discount mechanics, and campaign activity across all channels
- Monitor ecommerce performance and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to optimise performance
- Identify and troubleshoot website issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
- **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:**
- 2+ years' experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, ideally within retail or beauty
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms, product uploads, promotions, and website content
- Strong EDM, SMS, and automation platform experience
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and ecommerce performance metrics
- Understanding of Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads platforms is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Passion for digital retail and understanding of tween and teen audiences
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
