  • **The Role**
  • We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to ensure the flawless delivery of every product launch, restock, and promotional campaign across our online store. You will be the operational backbone of our e-commerce platform, maintaining website accuracy, coordinating launches, and guaranteeing that our customers always see the right products, content, and promotions live at the right time This pivotal role bridges warehouse, purchasing, content, and marketing, ensuring that all products, assets, and campaigns are prepared, accurate, and launched on time.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Maintain all website content in Shopify, ensuring accuracy in product information, pricing, images, and tags.
  • Coordinate new product launches, restocks, and promotional setups, ensuring all assets and timelines are aligned across teams.
  • Upload and manage homepage visuals, banners, and promotional assets, maintaining a cohesive customer experience.
  • Perform regular website quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy (including product data, tags, and correct linking).
  • Support marketing and creative teams by ensuring campaign assets are correctly implemented and launched on time.
  • Communicate the campaign and launch calendar to the right person at the right moment, ensuring visibility and accountability across all departments.
  • Create and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline recurring website and product-related tasks.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to reduce coordination time and improve execution speed.
  • Liaise with purchasing and warehouse teams to synchronize inventory, supplier timelines, and product availability.
  • Perform and optimize tasks such as SKU uploads, barcode entries, and product specification updates, implementing automation where possible.
  • **Requirements**
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product coordination, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify (collections, product setup, campaign configuration, and discount management).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple launches and priorities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of end-to-end execution.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing workflows and campaign lifecycles.
