- **About The Role**
- This is a great opportunity to build your eCommerce career inside one of the most loved global women’s fashion brands. As eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll be the key website operator within Bardot’s digital team - responsible for the day-to-day execution of content, merchandising, promotions and product across Bardot’s websites and marketplace channels globally.
- This role sits at the intersection of trade, content and data. You’ll keep the website running cleanly, merchandise products to drive conversion and work closely with the eCommerce Manager and broader team to ensure the online experience reflects what the business is trading at every moment. It’s built for someone who is commercially curious, detail-driven and ready to grow their career in digital and eCommerce.
- **Key Focus**
- Implement and manage all website content changes, campaign changeovers, promotions and product enrichment across Bardot and Bardot Junior.
- Merchandise the websites to maximise product visibility, relevance and conversion — using data to keep the right products front and centre.
- Manage product imagery and asset coordination through Cloudinary, ensuring all standards are met across web and marketplace.
- Monitor the website front-end daily, escalating any anomalies, broken content or trade-impacting issues quickly and proactively.
- Analyse product, category and site performance metrics and surface insights and recommendations to the eCommerce Manager.
- Coordinate product uploads, descriptions and enrichment across the ERP and website to house style and SEO best practice.
- Build and schedule EDMs and support the team across platform operations and content updates as required.
- Identify underperforming categories and products and recommend actions to improve results.
- **What we’re looking for:**
- Someone with 1-2 years of experience in an eCommerce, digital or online retail environment.
- A drive to grow your career in eCommerce - you’re not just looking for a job, you want to understand how digital trade works and get better at it every day.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify is highly regarded.
- Comfortable working with data - you can read a dashboard, spot a trend and know what to do with what you find.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy - whether it’s a product title, a promo link or a category sort order, you notice what others miss.
- Organised and adaptable - you manage competing priorities without dropping the ball and stay calm when the trade calendar moves fast.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and follows through.
- Genuine interest in fashion, digital retail and the customer experience.
- **Why join Bardot:**
- Build your eCommerce career inside a global women’s fashion brand with real momentum and a fast-paced digital team.
- Get hands-on experience across website operations, merchandising, trade analytics and digital marketing execution.
- Real opportunities for growth and progression as the business scales.
- 50% product allowance (yes please).
- Flexible working - 4 days in office, 1 day
