- **Role Description**
- The Ecommerce Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Aylsham. The position is available from September 2026 but may be available for immediate start for the successful candidates.
- Working in a busy e-commerce office and warehouse.
- The role requires an ability to work accurately and flexibly and with a high level of responsibility. Previous experience with e commerce shopify, Amazon or ebay fulfilment preferred but not essential. Full on the job training will be provided.
- The job also involves answering the telephone, talking to customers, sales via telephone, website chat, and email, replying to customer emails, using xero and processing trade customer orders through xero, using shopify, and other ecommerce platforms as well as the Royal Mail click and drop platfrom and the courier booking in system. The successful candidate may need to occasionally lift boxes of stock and carry these up and down stairs as well as carry sacks of mail downstairs daily.
- The job involves:
- Telephone

- Using xero and processing trade customer orders through xero
- Using shopify to process online orders and create draft orders
- Processing order through ecommerce platforms such as ebay and Amazon
- Using the Royal Mail click and drop platform and the courier booking in system..
- Label printing and barcoding
- Stock picking and packing
- Help to maintain stock and rotate stock
- Assisting with any general office duties that the office managers may require
- Dealing with retruns and post
- Loading and inspection of goods
- Occasionallly assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and lorries
- Permanent post (6 month probation period )
- Company Pension (after 6 month probation has been completed)
