- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
- **E-commerce Executive**
- to support the day-to-day running of our online store. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to develop their career in e-commerce, working closely with the wider team to ensure the website runs smoothly, products are merchandised effectively, and customers enjoy a great online shopping experience.
- **What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Support the trading calendar by helping to upload content, schedule promotions, and ensure activity is delivered on time across all channels.
- Assist with website updates, including uploading new products, refreshing content, and checking pages for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA) and Clarity, reporting key findings to the E-commerce Manager or team.
- Help track category and brand performance, pulling weekly or monthly reports to share with internal teams.
- Assist with product launches, ensuring new collections are merchandised correctly and high-stock items are well-promoted.
- Support customer journey improvements by flagging any site issues, broken links, or usability concerns to the relevant teams.
- Work with the CRM team to upload banners, promotional messaging, and other content that supports email and onsite campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team to ensure stock availability is reflected online and product information is accurate.
- Keep an eye on competitors and trends, sharing observations with the team to help inform trading decisions.
- General administrative support for the e-commerce team, including maintaining product spreadsheets, checking product imagery, and assisting with campaign set-up.
- **What you’ll bring:**
- A genuine interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a desire to develop your skills in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, TikTok, or similar) – or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to update product and sales data.
- Analytical mindset – able to spot trends or issues in reports and flag them to the team.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
- Proactive attitude – you take ownership of your tasks and are happy to suggest improvements.
- Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment (desirable but not essential).
