- **About Mous**
- We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver.
- For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in
R&d
- In parallel, we’ve built world-class in-house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance-led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast-growing community around the brand.
- From throwing phones off dams to launching category-defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world.
- 👨💻
- **About the Role**
- This is a hands-on ecommerce role with real breadth. You'll own the day-to-day operation of four global Shopify storefronts — keeping content, pricing, and merchandising accurate and commercially sharp across the UK, US, EU, and
Row
- From coordinating product launches end-to-end to managing product data integrity across our PIM and downstream channels, you'll be the person who keeps the site running smoothly and trading well. You'll also own QA testing for every deployment that goes live, working closely with our development and creative partners to maintain quality across all storefronts.
- As Mous grows internationally, you'll play an active role in the localisation and launch of new European markets — coordinating translation, pricing, and regional content across territories. You'll work with the Ecommerce Manager and a fellow Ecommerce Executive, and act as a key point of contact for trading, marketing, and marketplace teams who depend on you for timely launches and an accurate, well-maintained site.
- Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am - 7pm

- **About You**
- You're a good fit if you've got a year or two in an ecommerce, digital trading, or marketplace role (ideally at a consumer brand or DTC retailer), and you know what it takes to keep a site running well and get launches over the line on time. You're comfortable in Shopify, confident managing product data, and don't need to lean on a developer for front-end updates. Tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello are second nature, and you don't need to be chased to close the loop.
- You're organized, analytically minded, and a clear communicator who stays calm under pressure. You care about the details, flag problems early, and take real pride in a well-run site. A genuine passion for DTC brands and a desire to be part of a team that moves fast and does things properly will go a long way here.
- 🔑
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and optimize four global Shopify storefronts (UK, US, EU, ROW).
- Manage product data integrity across PIM or similar systems and all downstream channels.
- Coordinate product launches end-to-end across DTC and third-party marketplaces.
- Own QA testing for all deployments, bug fixes, and feature releases.
- Support site merchandising strategies including collection, recommendations, and upsells.
- Monitor site health and trading performance daily using analytics platforms.
- Support the launch and localization of new European storefronts.
- Maintain content accuracy across all international sites.
- Support wider initiatives of the Ecommerce department including testing, retention, and continual optimization of the site.
- **✔️How will success be measured?**
- Leading product launch processes across Shopify, including asset planning, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch analysis.
- Driving campaign execution - briefing, tracking, and optimising each stage of the journey.
- Owning QA processes for all site updates and new features.
- Proactively spotting opportunities for improvement in site performance and internal workflows.
- A clean PIM, consistently structured and maintained to a documented standard.
- All four storefronts running cleanly with no recurring errors or missed updates.
- Making independent, data-backed merchandising recommendations.
- Proactively making suggestions to optimise and improve the site.
- 🤓
- **Skills requirements:**
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong project management instincts.
- Proactive communicator — comfortable coordinating across teams.
- Detail-oriented and methodical, especially under deadline pressure.
- Calm and solutions-focused when issues arise during deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Shopify experience (product setup, metafields, collections, publishing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing product launches end-to-end, using systems including Shopify, Excel, and import tools.
- Minimum 3 years QA testing for web deployments.
- Strong attention to detail and independence in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Commercial mindset with experience in making commercial-backed decisions.
- Use of development and project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, and similar tools).
- Nice to have:
- Exposure to post-launch reporting and trading insights.
- Launch performance analysis (Google Analytics / Shopify analytics / Contentsquare).
- Experience with Merchandising & Product Recommendation strategies.
