- **About the Role**
- We are looking for a motivated
- **Business School student**
- to join our eCommerce team as an intern. This role will provide hands-on exposure to key commercial and analytical areas of the business, supporting both
- **Traffic & Retention**
- and
- **E-Merchandising / Inventory Management**
- activities.
- The internship is structured around
- **two main missions**
- allowing the intern to gain experience across multiple eCommerce functions.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Traffic & Retention (first mission)**
- Support monitoring of traffic channels (Organic & Paid).
- Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in retention-related initiatives and performance tracking.
- **E-Merchandising & Inventory Management (second mission)**
- Support ad-hoc analyses related to product pricing and inventory.
- Develop and maintain dashboards around the Price Monitoring Tool.
- Provide insights to optimize pricing and merchandising decisions.
- **Profile & Requirements**
- **Education:**
- Business School student (e.g., ESADE or similar), preferably specializing in
- **Digital, Business Analytics, or related fields**
- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis.
- Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- **Internship Conditions**
- **Duration:**
- 6 months with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months.
- **Start date:**
- As soon as possible, aligned with academic internship periods.
- **Working hours:**
- **9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break. This schedule must be strictly respected.**
