- **Role Description**
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Ras Al Khaimah, with opportunities for remote work. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales operations, manage the ecommerce platform, and implement effective digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing online inventory, and ensuring an exceptional user experience for customers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders will also be key aspects of this role.

- Strong proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and strategies, with experience in managing online stores.
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Sales skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Marketing skills, including the ability to create and execute successful online campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools and SEO is a plus.
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is advantageous but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
