  • **Build the Future of Digital Commerce at GLD**
  • GLD is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to help scale and optimize our DTC and marketplace business across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels.
  • This role reports directly to the Director of E-Commerce & Marketplaces and serves as a key operational partner in executing GLD’s digital commerce strategy across all major sales channels.
  • This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution, operations, merchandising, optimization, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll help drive the day-to-day success of the business across site experience, product launches, marketplace operations, analytics, SEO, and digital performance.
  • This role is hybrid, full-time, with 3 days per week in our Wynwood, Miami office.
  • **What You’ll Own**
  • **Shopify / DTC Experience**
  • Own daily operations and performance of GLD.com on Shopify.
  • Manage site merchandising, navigation, collections, landing pages, product launches, and promotional execution.
  • Optimize PDPs, onsite search, cart flow, and conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain catalog accuracy across pricing, imagery, descriptions, attributes, and inventory visibility.
  • QA site updates, identify UX or technical issues, and coordinate development tickets and resolutions.
  • Partner closely with marketing, SEO, creative, merchandising, and retention teams to ensure the site reflects current campaigns, customer journeys, and brand storytelling.
  • Support paid media initiatives through optimized landing pages, merchandising strategy, and conversion-focused site experiences.
  • Identify friction points across the customer journey and proactively improve UX and conversion rate.
  • **Amazon Marketplace**
  • Own Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end.
  • Manage listings, flat file uploads, backend keywords, catalog structure, and product launches at scale.
  • Build and optimize A+ Content to improve conversion and brand presentation.
  • Monitor account health, suppression risks, Buy Box performance, and inventory issues.
  • Collaborate with the advertising team on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP strategy.
  • Use Helium 10 and reporting tools to drive keyword optimization, competitive analysis, and marketplace growth.
  • **TikTok Shop & Emerging Channels**
  • Manage TikTok Shop product listings, merchandising, promotions, and catalog health.
  • Coordinate with social, influencer, and creative teams to support live shopping and creator campaigns.
  • Optimize listings and product presentation for TikTok Shop discovery and conversion.
  • Support expansion into additional channels including Walmart, Fanatics, eBay, and future marketplaces.
  • Analytics & Revenue Performance
  • Own performance reporting across all e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor KPIs including:

  • Revenue by Channel
  • Traffic Quality
  • Inventory Health
  • Site Performance
  • Investigate performance shifts and identify opportunities across traffic, merchandising, checkout, retention, SEO, and customer behavior.
  • Partner with developers, analytics, retention, and paid media teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign alignment.
  • **Operations, Systems & Process Building**
  • Use ClickUp as the operational backbone for launches, workflows, and project management.
  • Build scalable workflows for launches, campaigns, weekly drops, and ongoing site operations.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
  • Build systems that reduce operational bottlenecks and improve execution speed across teams.
  • Ensure documentation is organized, scalable, and usable for onboarding and delegation.
  • **Cross-Functional Leadership**
  • Act as the bridge between marketing, creative, SEO, merchandising, development, retention, customer experience, and operations teams.
  • Translate campaign strategy into high-converting on-site and marketplace execution.
  • Ensure consistency across brand messaging, promotions, product positioning, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, developers, and platform partners when needed.
  • Drive accountability, execution quality, and operational excellence across initiatives.
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • **Required Experience**
  • 5+ years in e-commerce, digital commerce, or marketplace management.
  • Deep hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and

Css

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and omni-channel customer journeys.
  • Strong Amazon Seller Central experience including:
  • flat files,
  • A+ Content,
  • catalog management,
  • listing optimization,
  • and account health management.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop operations and product merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset.
  • Proven experience supporting revenue-driving digital initiatives.
  • Experience building SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.
  • Strong project management skills using ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort operating at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-paced environment.
