  • **The Opportunity**
  • This is a high-impact role at the center of Pixio’s ecommerce growth, where execution, analysis, and optimization directly influence revenue, conversion, and marketplace performance across multiple channels.
  • You will own key areas of ecommerce operations including product content optimization, marketplace performance analysis, promotional execution, pricing insights, affiliate performance, and project coordination across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. This is not a passive reporting role—you will be expected to actively identify opportunities, diagnose performance drivers, and implement improvements that move business metrics.
  • You will work closely with the Ecommerce Lead and play a critical role in turning data into action across pricing, merchandising, content, and inventory decisions.

  • **Responsibilities**
  • ***Analytics & Reporting***
  • KPI tracking including sales, conversion, inventory health, promotional performance, etc.
  • Identifying strategic growth opportunities to improve sales, assortment, and profitability.
  • Proactively identifying sales opportunities, risks, and trends across ecommerce and marketplace channels.
  • Analyzing marketplace performance by product, category, and channel to identify what is driving or limiting performance, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Delivering recommendations backed by data and marketplace insights, including clear next steps to improve performance.
  • Supporting decision-making related to assortment, promotions, content optimization, pricing, and inventory planning based on performance analysis.
  • ***Product Content & Catalog Management***
  • Own PDP strategy and ongoing optimization across all ecommerce and marketplace platforms to maximize discoverability, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and optimization across all product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery, and enhanced content.
  • Manage listing health across marketplaces, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to suppression risks, content gaps, compliance, and performance deficiencies.
  • Oversee marketplace inventory, ensuring product availability is correctly reflected and aligned with demand and merchandising priorities.
  • Conduct regular PDP performance reviews to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and sales performance.
  • Perform structured content audits to identify inconsistencies, missing information, optimization opportunities, and marketplace-specific requirements.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to improve PDP performance, including content structure, images, and product titles & descriptions.
  • Evaluate performance of product creative assets across channels, identifying what drives higher conversion, engagement, and sales.
  • Identify and document high-performing creative formats and apply learnings across PDPs and marketplace listings to improve overall performance.
  • ***Promotional & Merchandising Execution***
  • Identify promotional opportunities across ecommerce and marketplace channels to drive revenue growth, conversion, and profitability.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotional activity, assortment strategies, and broader marketplace trends to inform promotional decisions.
  • Identify products and categories best positioned for promotional support based on sales performance, inventory levels, strategic priorities, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns across ecommerce and marketplace channels, including setup, coordination, pricing implementation, and QA validation.
  • Monitor and analyze promotional performance to evaluate impact on sales, conversion, and profitability, and recommend data-driven adjustments.
  • Help support promotional plans align with business goals, inventory constraints, and operational capabilities.
  • ***TikTok Shop and TTS Affiliate Ownership***
  • Own the overall TikTok Shop platform strategy, including affiliate marketing, product merchandising, promotional planning, and storefront performance.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and performance of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programs, ensuring alignment with revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop integrated affiliate strategies that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and brand initiatives to maximize conversion and GMV growth.
  • Track affiliate-driven traffic, GMV, conversion rates, and ROAS to evaluate affiliate and content effectiveness.
  • Identify top-performing products and analyze key performance drivers, including pricing, promotions, content quality, timing, and platform trends.
  • Recommend which creators, affiliates, and content initiatives should be prioritized, expanded, optimized, or discontinued based on revenue contribution.
  • Identify underperforming creators or placements and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • ***Project Management***
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task trackers, and execution plans to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, logistics, customer service, and external marketplace partners to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
  • Understand ecommerce platform integrations and system dependencies across marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, and supporting tools (e.g., product feeds, inventory sync, pricing systems, analytics tools).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, including data sync errors, listing mismatches, feed failures, pricing discrepancies, and marketplace connectivity issues.
  • Identify system limitations that may impact ecommerce project timelines or channel performance, and proactively escalate or resolve them.

  • **Qualifications**
  • 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace management, preferably in a multi-channel DTC and marketplace environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance across the following platforms:
  • Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central (required)
  • Shopify (required)
  • TikTok Shop (required)
  • Walmart Marketplace (required)
  • eBay (preferred)

  • Target+ (preferred)
  • Strong experience in digital merchandising, including category optimization, product placement, and site/marketplace merchandising strategies.
  • Proven ability in product listing optimization (PDPs), including content, imagery, SEO, and conversion-focused improvements.
  • Experience developing and executing promotional strategies across ecommerce and marketplace channels.
  • Experience handling marketplace compliance, policy enforcement, and listing violations, including resolving suppressions, resolving account or ASIN issues, responding to marketplace enforcement actions, and ensuring ongoing adherence to platform guidelines and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, promotional impact, and revenue/margin considerations.
  • Experience with forecasting support, demand planning support, or sales trend analysis.
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor research, including pricing analysis, assortment benchmarking, and tracking marketplace trends and updates.
