- **About Sami Jewels**
- Sami Jewels is a fast-growing demi-fine jewelry brand built on a simple idea: elevated, beautifully made jewelry shouldn't be out of reach. We sell across Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Faire, Walmart, and B2B wholesale, and we're scaling quickly. We care deeply about craft - in our product, our brand, and how every piece shows up for our customer.
- **The Role**
- We're looking for an Ecomm Manager to own our digital storefront and its performance. You'll own how our product shows up across the channels and how well it converts using merchandising, on-site testing, product launches, and campaign and creative direction as your levers to grow conversion and revenue. This is a high-ownership seat for someone who thinks in conversion and product presentation, has the taste to keep everything elevated, and has the organization to run launches and campaigns without dropping a stitch. You'll live in our analytics, direct creative, shape copy and campaigns, and be accountable for a number: how well our store turns visitors into customers.
- **What You'll Own**
- **Conversion (CRO**
- ). You own our site conversion rate as a number. You'll analyze the funnel, form hypotheses, run tests, optimize product pages, and continuously improve how the store performs including our cross-sell and upsell experience.
- **Digital merchandisin**
- g. You own how product shows up across the site - collections, merchandising logic, product page quality, cross-sell, and site updates. The storefront is yours to curate and optimize.
- **Campaign ideation & integratio**
- n. You generate email and SMS campaign concepts, then align them with what's happening on-site and across launches partnering with our email execution so campaigns land on-brand and on-time.
- **Creative direction & coordinatio**
- n. You brief and partner with our designer and creative partners to make sure everything is executed right, on-brand, and elevated, from product pages to campaign creative to launch assets.
- **Product launches, end to en**
- d. You own the launch lifecycle: set dates, build the timeline, coordinate the team, direct creative, build and QA listings, secure assets, launch, and run the post-launch analysis.
- **What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)**
- Site conversion rate and digital storefront revenue are trending up, with a clear testing program behind the gains
- Product pages and collections are merchandised to convert - accurate, beautiful, and optimized
- A steady cadence of CRO tests is running, with results documented and learnings applied
- Launches consistently go live on their scheduled date, fully ready - copy, assets, and SEO complete before launch day
- Campaign concepts are shipping on a regular cadence and performing
- Creative is delivered on-brand and on the timeline each launch and campaign needs
- **Who You Are**
- **A merchandiser at heart.**
- You think in conversion and product presentation. You know what makes a product page sell, and you have the instinct for how to curate and position product to move it.
- **Data-driven on conversion.**
- You're comfortable owning a number. You can read a funnel, form a hypothesis, run a test, and tell the difference between what moved the metric and what didn't.
- **A strong writer with taste.**
- You can shape product copy and campaign concepts that sound like an elevated brand - and you have an eye for aesthetics and elevated style that shows up in every decision.
- **Deeply organized.**
- You run launches and campaigns like clockwork. You live in timelines, you chase down loose ends, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- **A natural coordinator.**
- You're comfortable being the hub that keeps designers, marketers, agency partners, and internal teams aligned and moving toward a date.
- **Nice to**
- HaveExperience in DTC / e-commerce, ideally in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or another design-led product category
- Hands-on Shopify experience and familiarity with CRO / A/B testing tools
- Experience with cross-sell/upsell tooling (e.g., Rebuy) and email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
- Comfort working in Asana or a similar project management tool
- Multi-channel merchandising experience (Etsy, marketplaces) a plus
- **How to Apply**
- Send your resume and a short note on why this role is a fit. If you have relevant work - conversion wins you've driven, listings or collections you've merchandised, launches you've run, or campaigns you've shaped - we'd love to see it.
