- **eCommerce Merchandiser**
- to help bring our brands to life across our DTC websites. This is an ideal role for someone with 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising, who is comfortable working in Shopify, has an eye for detail, and wants to deepen their impact in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role reports to the Director, DTC eCommerce.
- The eCommerce Merchandiser is responsible for the day-to-day digital store ops across Capri Blue, Thymes, and Otherland. You will independently build, configure, and launch sitewide promotions, product releases, collection updates, and on-site content using Shopify Plus and our core app stack.
- This role requires extreme attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities across multiple brands, and full ownership of promotional QA to ensure a flawless customer experience.
- **What You’ll Do**
- **Site Merchandising & Content Execution**
- Own the setup and end-to-end launch of new products, collections, and landing pages across Capri Blue, Thymes, and Otherland in Shopify Plus.
- Manage product data accuracy: copy, imagery, SEO metadata, tagging, badges, metafields, redirects, and visual collection sorting.
- Optimize site search, navigation, visual product sorting, and cross-sell/up-sell rules via Rebuy to maximize conversion and product discovery.
- Manage post-purchase and product reviews integration (Yotpo) to ensure accurate ratings and user-generated content across PDPs.
- **Promotional & Campaign Ownership**
- Independently configure, test, and deploy complex sitewide and category-level promotions in Shopify Plus (discount logic, tiered promos, promo codes, badges, CTAs, and GWP setups).
- Validate all promo rules, product exclusions, terms, and CTAs prior to launch; serve as the final line of defense for promotional accuracy.
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure campaign assets are aligned across sites and launched on schedule.
- **Site QA, Health & Optimization**
- Conduct thorough desktop and mobile QA ahead of all marketing campaigns and site updates; identify, document, and escalate technical bugs or asset issues.
- Monitor product inventory levels daily to adjust collection merchandising, badge availability, or out-of-stock messaging.
- Execute routine SEO optimizations on PDPs and PLPs based on keyword guidelines.
- Support ongoing site enhancements, A/B tests, and layout updates directed by leadership.
- **Cross-Functional Operations & SOPs**
- Serve as the primary digital commerce liaison for Customer Service, resolving site-related customer friction points and clarifying promo terms in real time.
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), promotional deployment checklists, and merchandising calendars.
- **What You Bring**
- **Qualifications**
- **2–3 years**
- of hands-on experience in eCommerce digital operations, site merchandising, or content management.
- **Shopify Plus proficiency required on Day 1**
- (expert knowledge of discount logic, product setup, metafields, and collection engine).
- Demonstrated experience
- **independently building and testing promotional setups**
- without hands-on supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail with proven QA habits across desktop and mobile browsers.
- **Technical & Software Stack**
- **Required:**
- Shopify Plus, Rebuy (or similar cross-sell engine), Yotpo (or similar review platform).
- **Preferred:**
- Klaviyo, Gorgias, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, Asana/task management tools.
