- **Empowering Women. Transforming the World.**
- Before it was called Activewear, Lorna Jane imagined it, designed it, and defined it creating a movement that redefined how women move, dress, and live.
- Today, we lead with purpose creating elevated Activewear that supports movement, confidence, and modern life. Guided by conscious design and an active spirit, we believe in the power of women to create change that goes far beyond what they wear. At Lorna Jane, you don't just join a brand you help lead what's next.
- **The Opportunity**
- Our eCommerce business is one of the strongest-performing parts of our brand, and we're looking for an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to join our team on an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend.
- Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role offers a genuine opportunity to learn from a team of highly successful eCommerce operators in a business where online continues to thrive. Whether you're coming from an eCommerce, digital merchandising, visual merchandising or retail planning background, this is a chance to build your expertise in a fast-paced and growing online environment.
- You don't need to know every system. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised and analytical, with a strong eye for product presentation and customer experience. If you have the drive to learn, we'll provide the tools, training and support to help you develop your eCommerce capability. This role is based at HQ in Eagle Farm.
- **What You'll Do**
- Own how our range shows up online, optimising product order, placement and navigation across categories and collections based on campaigns, stock and trading priorities
- Respond quickly to sales, launches and key trading moments, ensuring the site is always optimised for performance
- Use data and customer insights to identify what's working, informing product sequencing, search optimisation and merchandising decisions
- Manage the on-site experience end-to-end, from search and merchandising rules through to campaign landing pages that drive conversion
- Ensure product content, imagery and cross-sell opportunities are working hard to maximise engagement and turn browsing into buying.
- **Why Lorna Jane**
- Team discount on the latest collections
- Hybrid role - Enjoy Friday's WFH
- Opportunity to progress into other HQ roles
- Free parking and workplace that has a health and wellness focus
- Enjoy a day off on your birthday.
- **About You**
- A background in visual merchandising, eCommerce merchandising or trade, ideally within fashion, apparel or a fast-paced retail environment
- A customer-first mindset, with a strong understanding of how customers shop, search and make purchasing decisions online
- An analytical approach, using data and insights to guide decisions and improve performance
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in building your eCommerce career alongside a high-performing team
- Lorna Jane values in action: you think customer first, take ownership, challenge the status quo, bring energy to everything you do and believe in the power of a great team.
- If you're a visual merchandiser or eCommerce specialist who wants to sharpen your data skills, or an analytical operator with a real eye for product presentation, we'd love to hear from you.
