- **Position Summary**
- The eCommerce Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the eCommerce organization, supporting Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, iHerb, and other strategic eRetail partners. This role is responsible for marketplace execution, catalog governance, inventory coordination, reporting, product launches, and acquisition integration while enabling Senior Managers to focus on strategic growth and customer relationships.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, iHerb, and other marketplace accounts.
- Own catalog management, listing maintenance, SKU setup, variation management, and content coordination.
- Coordinate Amazon FBA shipment planning and Walmart shipment planning.
- Monitor inventory health, account health, and marketplace compliance.
- Manage Brand Registry administration and marketplace case management on Amazon and Walmart.
- Develop operational reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Coordinate new product launches across all marketplaces.
- Support acquisition integrations including catalog migration, documentation, SOP development, and system transitions.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Regulatory, and Customer Service.
- **Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of eCommerce or marketplace operations experience.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.
- Experience iHerb, and other online marketplaces.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with iHerb, Amazon Brand Registry, Flat Files, Quartile or similar marketplace tools.
- Experience integrating acquired brands or leading cross-functional operational projects.
- **Success Measures**
- Successfully integrate acquired brands into the eCommerce operating model.
- Standardize marketplace processes and documentation.
- Improve catalog accuracy, inventory visibility, and operational reporting.
- Support successful product launches and scalable growth.
