Role

• Operations Intern
• As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations and Account Management teams to support day-to-day eCommerce operations for global brands. This role offers hands-on exposure to Amazon and eCommerce operations, client communication, catalog management, and process optimization.
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle and resolve support tickets through internal systems while ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
• Understand and analyze brand emails, requirements, and operational concerns to provide effective support.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Account Management, Content, Creative, and Tech teams for smooth execution of tasks.
• Monitor operational workflows and identify potential blockers impacting performance.
• Assist in updating and optimizing product listings and SEO content across eCommerce platforms.
• Support catalog management activities, including maintaining accurate product and inventory information.
• Help identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with platform trends and policy changes across eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
• Use Excel for data management, reporting, and operational analysis.
• What We’re Looking For
• Recent graduate or final-year student from any discipline.
• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• Interest in eCommerce, operations, or marketplace management.
• Prior exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify, or any eCommerce platform is a plus.
