• We are looking for a skilled and responsible
• **Shopify Store Manager / E-Commerce Assistant**
• to manage and improve our Shopify online store.
• The selected person will handle product uploads, product descriptions, store design updates, order management, customer support, SEO, and basic digital marketing tasks. The role is suitable for someone who understands e-commerce, Shopify, online selling, and customer-focused store management.
• Responsibilities
• Manage and update the Shopify store regularly.
• Upload new products with proper titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, and tags.
• Write attractive product descriptions in English. Basic German description writing will be a plus.
• Improve product pages for better sales and customer trust.
• Manage collections, menus, homepage banners, and store layout.
• Handle orders, customer queries, returns, and basic support.
• Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, and SEO settings.
• Create basic promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Assist in running or managing Facebook/Instagram ads and Google ads.
• Check store performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the owner for product selection, pricing, and marketing ideas.
• Requirements

Experience with shopify store management

• Good understanding of e-commerce and online selling.
• Ability to write clear and attractive product descriptions.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, product listing, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic image editing will be preferred.
• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads will be a strong advantage.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
