- **Role Overview**
- The Ecommerce Specialist is a key role inside the Marketing team, responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and optimisation of MoveActive's ecommerce channels across global D2C and wholesale channels.
- This role suits someone with 3+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally in a global, multi-market, wholesale, retail, fashion, lifestyle, wellness or consumer goods business. The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware, detail-oriented and comfortable working across Shopify, digital tools, product data, promotions and performance reporting.
- The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Wholesale and Customer Service teams to ensure ecommerce channels are accurate, high-performing and aligned with broader business objectives.

- **Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital retail, online merchandising or a similar role, ideally within a global, multi-market, wholesale, retail, fashion, lifestyle, wellness or consumer goods business.
- Strong hands-on experience using Shopify or Shopify Plus, including product setup, collections, merchandising, promotions, discounts, landing pages and site updates.
- Experience working across multiple ecommerce storefronts, regions, customer types or sales channels is highly regarded.
- Understanding of both D2C and wholesale ecommerce environments is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, product uploads, promotions and customer journey basics.
- Experience using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics is expected. Exposure to Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Searchspring, Rebuy or similar ecommerce tools is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with product data, spreadsheets, reports and digital workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage product information, pricing, imagery, promotions and website content accurately across multiple stores and channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret ecommerce performance data, identify commercial opportunities and recommend practical actions.
- Strong written communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across launches, campaigns and site updates.
- Interest in retail, active lifestyle, wellness, fashion or consumer products.
