- RubikX is looking for a detail-oriented
- **eCommerce Catalog Manager**
- to join our growing team. If you're passionate about organizing product data, ensuring catalog accuracy, and leveraging AI to work smarter, we'd love to hear from you.
- What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain product catalogs across eCommerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and metadata.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new products and resolve catalog issues.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, content quality, and operational efficiency.
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, catalog management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in
- **Microsoft Office Suite**
- (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent
- **spoken and written English**
- communication skills.
- Willingness to work
- **2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST**
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as
- **ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini**
- or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, product data imports, and CSV files.
