- We’re now hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Manager (40 hours/week) to take ownership of our TikTok Shop growth. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue, managing creators, and executing campaigns that drive real sales.
- ## Tasks
- **🔹 Your Responsibilities**
- ✅ Develop and execute strategies to scale TikTok Shop revenue
- ✅ Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates
- ✅ Negotiate deals, commissions, and contracts with influencers
- ✅ Provide clear creative direction to creators for high-converting content
- ✅ Launch, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns in real time
- ✅ Analyze performance metrics (sales, CVR, ROI) and scale winning campaigns
- ✅ Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on ad concepts and offers
- ✅ Stay ahead of TikTok trends, features, and growth opportunities
