- **The Role**
- We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can own revenue from paid channels. You will be responsible for turning paid media into a predictable growth engine.
- **What You’ll Own**
- **1.Paid Revenue Growth**
- Manage and scale campaigns across:
- Meta (primary)
- TikTok (ads + TikTok Shop)
- Amazon ads
- Other channels as we expand
- Drive consistent, scalable revenue from paid
- **2.CAC, ROAS & Efficiency**
- Own:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Channel-level performance
- Continuously optimize for profitability and scale
- **3. Creative Testing Engine (Critical)**
- Launch 10–20 new creatives per week
- Work with UGC creators to generate ad content
- Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats
- Kill underperforming creatives quickly, scale winners aggressively
- **4. Funnel Optimization**
- Improve landing page and product page conversion rates
- Work closely with the founder + design team on messaging and UX
- Optimize the full journey: ad → click → conversion
- **5. Channel Expansion**
- Test and scale new acquisition channels
- Identify where we should double down vs pull back
- **What We’re Looking For**
- *Must-Have:*
- Experience running paid ads for a D2C brand
- Strong understanding of Meta + TikTok ads
- Proven ability to drive revenue, not just traffic
- Experience with UGC-driven creative testing
- Comfortable working in a fast, early-stage environment
- *Nice to Have:*
- Experience with TikTok Shop
- Experience with Amazon ads
- US education/work experience in the US market
