  • **The Role**
  • We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can own revenue from paid channels. You will be responsible for turning paid media into a predictable growth engine.
  • **What You’ll Own**
  • **1.Paid Revenue Growth**
  • Manage and scale campaigns across:
  • Meta (primary)
  • TikTok (ads + TikTok Shop)
  • Amazon ads
  • Reddit
  • Other channels as we expand
  • Drive consistent, scalable revenue from paid
  • **2.CAC, ROAS & Efficiency**
  • Own:
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Channel-level performance
  • Continuously optimize for profitability and scale
  • **3. Creative Testing Engine (Critical)**
  • Launch 10–20 new creatives per week
  • Work with UGC creators to generate ad content
  • Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats
  • Kill underperforming creatives quickly, scale winners aggressively
  • **4. Funnel Optimization**
  • Improve landing page and product page conversion rates
  • Work closely with the founder + design team on messaging and UX
  • Optimize the full journey: ad → click → conversion
  • **5. Channel Expansion**
  • Test and scale new acquisition channels
  • Identify where we should double down vs pull back
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • *Must-Have:*
  • Experience running paid ads for a D2C brand
  • Strong understanding of Meta + TikTok ads
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, not just traffic
  • Experience with UGC-driven creative testing
  • Comfortable working in a fast, early-stage environment
  • *Nice to Have:*
  • Experience with TikTok Shop
  • Experience with Amazon ads
  • US education/work experience in the US market
  • **How We’ll Measure You**
  • Revenue generated from paid channels
  • CAC / ROAS improvements
  • Creative testing velocity
  • Speed of learning and iteration
