  • **About Denbigh Rowe**
  • Denbigh Rowe is a British luxury outdoor furniture brand specialising in sculptural teak pieces designed to elevate modern outdoor living.
  • We work with interior designers, high-end residential clients, and hospitality projects, combining timeless design with exceptional craftsmanship.
  • As we continue to grow, we are focused on scaling direct-to-consumer and trade demand through digital channels.
  • **The Role**
  • We are looking for a Growth Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition and online revenue growth.
  • This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for someone who can both execute campaigns and improve performance across the full funnel - from ad creative through to conversion.
  • 👉 This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue
  • 👉 You will work across paid media, creative, and conversion - not just campaign management
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **1. Paid Media (Core Responsibility)**
  • Own and manage paid channels:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google (Search & Shopping)
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns
  • Allocate and scale budgets based on performance
  • **2. Revenue & Funnel Optimisation**
  • Improve conversion rate (CVR) across the website
  • Optimise landing pages and product pages
  • Identify and fix drop-offs in the customer journey
  • Work closely with the founder on offers, pricing, and bundles
  • **3. Creative Testing & Scaling**
  • Build and run a consistent creative testing pipeline
  • Brief and test new ad creatives weekly
  • Analyse performance and scale winning creatives
  • Continuously test hooks, formats, and messaging
  • **4. Data & Performance Tracking**
  • Track and report on:
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • Revenue performance
  • Provide clear weekly insights and actions
  • Ensure accurate tracking (Meta, GA4, Shopify)
  • **5. Growth Strategy**
  • Identify opportunities to scale and improve performance
  • Test new acquisition strategies and channels
  • Contribute to overall ecommerce growth strategy
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • **Must Have**
  • Proven experience managing paid media for ecommerce brands
  • Comfortable managing £10k–£100k+ monthly ad spend
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads (essential)
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
  • Highly data-driven and commercially focused
  • Hands-on — able to execute, not just strategise
  • **Nice to Have**
  • Experience in premium / luxury / lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of creative-led performance marketing
  • Ability to create/edit simple ad creatives (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere) to support rapid testing and iteration
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or email marketing
  • **Success Metrics**
  • Revenue generated from paid channels
  • ROAS performance
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Conversion rate improvements
  • Volume and success of creative testing
  • **Contract Structure**
  • Initial 3-month contract
  • Clear KPIs and performance targets from day one
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance
  • **Compensation**
  • £1,500 – £3,000 per month (contract)
  • Performance-based bonus tied to revenue/ROAS
  • **Important**
  • **Please include:**
  • Examples of campaigns you have personally managed
  • Monthly budgets you were responsible for
  • Performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, revenue)
  • What you specifically did to improve results
  • This role is suited to someone confident in their ability to drive measurable growth — not just manage campaigns.
