- We’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Growth Marketing Operator to help scale our fast-growing apparel brands from $5M to $10M+ in annual revenue.
- This is not an entry-level media buying role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands modern e-commerce growth, paid social creative, performance marketing, and how to scale founder-led brands through high-volume content testing and rapid campaign iteration.

- The ideal candidate understands how to take content that’s “working” and aggressively scale it across platforms while maintaining efficiency and creative freshness.
- **Core Responsibilities**
- **Paid Media Management**
- Launch, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads
- TikTok (preferred)
- YouTube (bonus)
- Monitor and optimize:
- CAC
- MER
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPM
- AOV
- Conversion rates
- Know when and how to:
- scale budgets
- duplicate winners
- test creatives
- kill underperformers quickly
- structure campaigns for scale
- **Creative & Content Strategy**
- Work directly with founders and internal team to:
- identify winning hooks
- create ad concepts
- script UGC-style content
- organize content shoots
- spin winning creatives into multiple variations
- Understand:

- **Preferred Experience & Credentials**
- **Must Have**
- 3–7+ years running paid media for Shopify/e-commerce brands
- Proven experience scaling apparel or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend
- Strong creative instincts
- Ability to move quickly and independently
- Experience analyzing attribution and performance data
- **Strongly Preferred**
- Experience scaling a founder-led or personality-driven brand
- Apparel, lifestyle, golf, sports, parenting, or humor-focused brand experience
- UGC/content production experience
- Ability to edit or direct short-form video
- Klaviyo/email/SMS understanding
- Shopify familiarity
- Landing page optimization experience
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar attribution tools
