- **In this senior leadership role, you will own the digital growth agenda across all performance and digital marketing channels, ensuring strong commercial impact and an exceptional customer journey:**
- Define and lead the end to end digital growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion through high performing performance marketing campaigns
- Oversee paid media activity across search, paid social, display, and emerging digital platforms
- Lead optimisation of the website and digital customer journeys to maximise engagement and conversion
- Shape and deliver a high impact SEO and content strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic
- Ensure all digital content is engaging, consistent, and aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team across performance marketing, social, and digital content
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring accountability and strong performance delivery
- Build and maintain robust reporting dashboards, translating data into actionable commercial insight
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure integrated digital execution
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, including AI-driven search and evolving consumer behaviour

- Proven experience leading digital marketing within a multi-site, consumer facing environment (e.g. lifestyle, subscription, retail, hospitality, or fitness)
- Expertise across performance marketing, SEO, content, and digital experience optimisation
- Strong track record of delivering measurable growth through acquisition and conversion strategies
- Experience managing and developing high performing teams
- Confident ownership of significant marketing budgets and agency relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear action
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
