  • **In this senior leadership role, you will own the digital growth agenda across all performance and digital marketing channels, ensuring strong commercial impact and an exceptional customer journey:**
  • Define and lead the end to end digital growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Drive customer acquisition and conversion through high performing performance marketing campaigns
  • Oversee paid media activity across search, paid social, display, and emerging digital platforms
  • Lead optimisation of the website and digital customer journeys to maximise engagement and conversion
  • Shape and deliver a high impact SEO and content strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Ensure all digital content is engaging, consistent, and aligned to brand and commercial objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team across performance marketing, social, and digital content
  • Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring accountability and strong performance delivery
  • Build and maintain robust reporting dashboards, translating data into actionable commercial insight
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure integrated digital execution

  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams
