- We are looking for a serious, commercially driven Head of Ecommerce & Digital Growth to take ownership of our online businesses and scale them at speed.
- This is not a maintenance role. We need someone who has taken ecommerce brands or product-led businesses from early-stage or underperforming to high-growth, high-revenue, highly optimised digital businesses.
- The right person will own the full ecommerce growth engine across our UK and international websites. They must understand trading, product performance, website conversion, paid media, TikTok, social commerce, email marketing, marketplaces, agencies, reporting and commercial strategy.
- **'Responsibilities'**
- ' **Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase online sales.**
- Own and grow ecommerce revenue across UK and global websites.
- Build and execute a clear ecommerce growth strategy.
- Manage website trading, merchandising, product launches, promotions and commercial campaigns.
- Improve conversion rates, average order value, customer retention and repeat purchase.
- Oversee PPC, Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, paid social and TikTok Shop growth.
- Manage Klaviyo/email flows including abandoned basket, welcome flows, post-purchase flows, win-back campaigns and customer segmentation.
- Work with agencies and freelancers, challenge their recommendations, manage performance and hold them accountable.
- Identify new growth opportunities across UK, EU and global markets.
- Improve website UX, speed, checkout, landing pages, product pages and customer journey.
- Build dashboards and weekly reporting around revenue, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC, AOV, margin and profitability.
- Work closely with stock, buying, product, finance and operations to ensure growth is commercially sensible.
- Lead ecommerce projects at pace and ensure things get done properly and quickly.
- **'Required Experience'**
- Proven experience growing an ecommerce brand, ideally in automotive, electronics, consumer products, accessories or a product-led retail business.
- Evidence of scaling online revenue significantly.
- Strong Shopify / Shopify Plus experience.
- Strong understanding of PPC, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and social commerce.
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, landing pages and conversion rate improvement.
- Strong Klaviyo or email marketing automation experience.
- Experience managing agencies and challenging poor performance.
- Strong commercial understanding of margin, pricing, stock, ROAS, CAC, AOV and profitability.
- Ability to operate at speed without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.

- **This person should be able to take our ecommerce businesses from where they are now and scale them aggressively across the UK and international markets.**
- **What Success Looks Like**
- **The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate real commercial impact, such as:**
- Growing ecommerce revenue from £X to £Y.
- Improving website conversion rate.
- Increasing average order value.
- Reducing wasted ad spend.
- Improving ROAS and profitability.
- Building email flows that generate meaningful revenue.
- Launching into new markets.
- Managing agencies and holding them properly accountable.

- **We are not looking for someone who is only a Shopify developer, PPC manager, social media manager or agency account manager.**
- **We need a true ecommerce growth leader — someone who can own the numbers, drive the strategy and execute at speed.**
- **Package**
- Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Performance-related bonus.
- Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in Nottingham, NG5.
