- **Role Description**
- The Head of Ecommerce is a full-time remote role responsible for leading DCYPHER Beauty’s digital commerce strategy and performance. This role oversees the end-to-end ecommerce experience, including site merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer journey enhancements across web and mobile. The Head of Ecommerce will manage online sales initiatives, develop and execute growth campaigns, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to align digital channels with brand objectives. Day-to-day activities include monitoring key performance metrics, leveraging web analytics to inform decisions, prioritizing and managing ecommerce projects, and driving continuous improvement in user experience, retention, and revenue. This role also involves leading a cross-functional team, managing external partners or agencies, and ensuring that ecommerce operations are scalable, efficient, and customer-centric.
- **Qualifications**
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales experience, with a track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify or similar platforms) to interpret data and inform strategy.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
- Experience in digital merchandising, customer journey optimization, and performance marketing within a direct-to-consumer or beauty/retail environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with ecommerce technologies, CRO tools, and A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
